Vantaca is a comprehensive online solution for all aspects of your Community Association. With one login to your portal from your mobile device or computer, you can pay your assessments, view your payment history, access community documents, and more.

Log in by completing the form on this page with your Login and Password information and then clicking the green Login button.

New Account Request with an Account Number and Registration Key. Fill out the fields, including Email, Name, Phone, Account, Password, Confirm Password, and Registration Key, then click the green Sign In button.

New Account Request with a RegistrationKey. If You Do Not Have a Login and need to set up an account, please click the “Sign Up” link on the right. That will take you to the Registration page. Fill out the fields, including Email, Name, Phone, Account, Password, Confirm Password, and Registration Key, then click the green Sign In button.

New Account Request without RegistrationKey. If you do not have a Registration Key, Click the “Sign Up” link for the Sign Up page. On the Registration-Sign Up page, click the link below the form field Registration Key. “I don’t have a portal key or account number.” On the new account Sign Up page, complete the form entry fields Email, Name, Phone, Property Address, Association, and Account. Then check the “I’m not a robot” box and click the green Sign Up button. A management team member will review your request and reply within two business days.

New Account Request without Account Number and Registration Key. If you do not have an Account Number and Registration Key, Click the “Sign Up” link on the Sign Up page. On the Registration-Sign Up page, click the link below the form field Registration Key. “I don’t have a portal key or account number.” On the new account Sign Up page, complete the form entry fields Email, Name, Phone, Property Address, Association, and Account. Then check the “I’m not a robot” box and click the green Sign Up button. A management team member will review your request and reply within two business days.

Password Not Working. If your password is not accepted, please click the “I forgot My Login/Password” link above the Login field (on the right) that will take you to the generate a new password page. Enter your account email and click on the reset password button. Please allow up to 15 minutes for the email with the new password to reach your inbox. If the new password you receive does not work, it is almost always due to a typo in which similar-looking characters are mistaken for each other (e.g., lowercase l and capital I, or letter O and number 0). Also, check your spam folder if a timely email is not received.
